TERMS OF SALES
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Julie Dubois and its client in connection with the sale of the following goods: hats and accessories
Any service performed by the company Julie Dubois therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
PRICE
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken. They are denominated in euros and calculated including VAT. They will be increased by the transport costs applicable on the day of the order.
The Julie Dubois company grants itself the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
The payment of orders is made

When recording the order 100% of the total amount of the invoice.

DELIVERY
The preparation of your order is carried out with the greatest care:
the hat is packaged in a cotton pouch printed with the Julie Dubois logo.
It is then shipped within a maximum of one week following its validation on our e-shop, excluding weekends and holidays.
Upon shipment, a tracking number and a link will be sent to you by email. You will then be able to follow the delivery of the package on the internet by clicking on the link and enter your tracking number.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND
If an item in your order does not suit you, you have a withdrawal period of 7 days from receipt of your order.
Within this period, you do not have to justify the reason for the return.
We will then refund it by transfer within 15 days of receipt if the following conditions have been met:
- The hat must be in new condition
- It must not have been worn
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
If these conditions are not met, we will not be able to return or exchange your hat, and it will be returned to you at your expense.

We will then confirm the details of the return or exchange procedure and, if applicable, the availability of the items.
Purchases made on our e-shop can be returned or exchanged in our workshop Julie Dubois / 5 bis cité Aubry 75020.
They cannot be returned or exchanged at one of our distributors.
The responsibility of the company ... (corporate name) cannot be implemented if the non-performance or delay in the performance of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.
In the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court.
